My family and I enjoyed our stay at Brownstone sea cottage. whatever you see in the picture is true and you can expect more.
Janet , the owner will call you basically everyday , just to check if you are doing well or if you need anything to make your stay more comfortable , she will do it and she will be there for you...
The beach is 2 blocks away , it is less than 1km.
Bahamas is safe place , Brownstone cottage beach aerea is very clean , the water is very clear and the people are very friendly. We went many times to downtown by bus even with my baby in the stroller $1.25 per person. you have just to wave to the driver and he will stop for you. We went for snorkelling , my self and my older son 55 and 40 $ lunch included in the boat with a tour in small islands.
Anyways, whatever I would say , it is not enough to describe my experience. A day at paradise Island , you will never forget , it is amazing , and you can go there from downtown by ferry boat 3$ per person including a speech from a tour guy that he will give useful information about the place during the cruise. A lot to say but not enough space.
I would highly recommend Brownstone cottage , as Janet will be there for you anytime and for anything to make your stay more comfortable.

Look no more! If you are in need of a peaceful, beautiful, yet economical place to stay in Nassau, Brownstones is the place to be. It is convenient to everything, while at the same time, not in the middle of everything. This property in located in a very beautiful neighborhood that is safe and tranquil. I am extremely picky about where I lodge when I am away from home, and need as much peace and privacy as possible. Brownstones was perfect!
Janet was very helpful in answering my questions. The guesthouse had everything I needed for my stay. All I had to buy was food. The guesthouse is depicted very well in the pictures. No misrepresentation as you will find at hotels and other resorts. If anything, it was far more beautiful than I thought.
From location to convenience, the Brownstones is my new home away from home whenever I visit Nassau. I am a very pleased guest!

Everything was perfect, no problems or challenges. Janet and associates were very helpful, courteous and efficient. We stayed for 10 nights and had a wonderful time. We rented a car from Janet and enjoyed the sights of the island.

GREAT STAY!
There for three weeks and enjoy it all. All the comforts of home. Was quiet and close to shopping, attractions and a walk to the beach. Janet was great and had three great sons. I would recommend this property to anyone and I would go back.

THE PERFECT GETAWAY!
This was one of my greatest trips ever. The villa is perfect. It is a two minute walk to your own private beach. I think we may have saw a max. of 5 walkers. The water is crystal clear with beautiful sand and a few coral beds where we saw people snorkeling. If you want to make your way to town it is very easy to hop on the bus and you are a mile or two from the Sheraton and Wyndham who let you use their facilities for free. Janet provides great service and is always avaliable. The newly renovated back patio has a great pool to relax.
We did everything from relaxing, fishing, gambling, Atlantis, and adventuring around the island. The villa truly is a gem and made our vacation memorable.
We are already planning out next trip!!! Thanks a lot Janet, see you soon!
