AMAZING!!!

This was the best vacation rental I have stayed in! Janet and her wonderful family made us feel relaxed and at home for our ten day stay in the Bahamas. The property is very well maintained and is in a safe, well located residential community. It's just a short walk to the beach or to catch the #10 bus that takes you to everywhere you'd want to go in Nassau. I would highly recommend this (and her other four properties) to anyone going to Nassau :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the luxurious Brownstone. We were 2 single girls travelling from Canada and the Suite was a perfect fit for us. Everything was AWESOME and Janet was the BEST!

The beach was just a short walk/bus from the Brownstone although; most days were spent hanging around the pool area, which was located at our door step. Honestly; I can't wait to return and the Brownstone will be a definite place to stay....again. I highly recommend the Brownstone.

We have no hesitation in recommending Brownstone Cottages. Janet and her family were most welcoming and always very helpful. The accommodation was extremely clean with wonderful decor. With the pool and patio area, the outside was a relaxing place to be after a day of sightseeing. A walk through a pleasant residential area of about 10 minutes took you to the bus which always arrived within a few minutes of waiting. The nearest beach which was good for snorkeling was very clean and quiet was a similar distance away. Having the car rental on site made it much easier to arrange and we had a good time seeing the rest of the island. Nassau town, Fish Fry, Cable Beach and Paradise Island are all easily accessible by local transport. Thanks Janet!

This is my second stay at one of the Brownstone property and can say once again it was an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The villa was great, clean with all the things you need to be confortable and the best part it was only a couple steps away from the brand new pool!!! We loved it! Janet and her boys are great host and always available if we needed them. Look forward to another stay very soon in the near future.

Definitely Coming Back!
We stayed at the Seabeach Villa with Brownstone last week and it was FANTASTIC! Janet is absolutely amazing and the villa was exactly what the pictures show. We were a couple with a 12 year old and we were NOT disappointed at all. The villa was very clean with all the amenities you could ever need back home - this was truly a home away from home type of experience for us. First time we had chosen to rent a villa instead of staying at one of the hotels which we usually do. We are already talking about coming back here next year!

The private pool which was just added in the back was a fantastic addition (especially for our 12 yr old) and the walk to the beach was about 3-4 minutes away - very nice water. The bus access was also very convenient which we used everyday (Bus #10) to go to the grocery store, Cable Beach, Arawak Cay, Downtown and Paradise Island - Cabbage Beach - pretty much anywhere you needed to go. We also had a BBQ which we used a few times during our stay which was good for grilling some steaks, veggies, etc.

Also, if we ever had any questions Janet was just a simple phone call away or better yet she came by the property 3 out of the 5 days we stayed there which helped us out even more for our first time in Bahamas. If you are looking to get away from the super expensive hotel scene in Cable Beach / Paradise Island but still want the full island experience then Brownstone would be a great alternative. I highly recommend this place to anyone and we look forward coming back in near future. Thanks Janet!
